When you send an enquiry, I collect what you type into the form: your name, email or phone number, your Instagram handle, what you’re interested in, what you already have set up, and your message.
If we work together, I’ll also collect what I need to build and set up your website, like your photos, written content, logos, and access to accounts such as your domain, Google Business Profile or booking app.
I don’t sell your details, and I don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.
Enquiries are received through my website host, Netlify, and then by email. Project files are kept in secure online storage. Where I need access to your accounts, I’ll ask you to add me as a manager instead of sharing passwords, and you can remove me once we’re done.
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts and some code from a content delivery network, which means those services see your IP address when the page loads, like they do on most websites. This site doesn’t use advertising trackers.
This website uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how people use it, like which pages are visited, where people tap and how far they scroll. They use cookies and collects details such as your device, browser and rough location, but not your name or anything you type into the enquiry form. Google and Microsoft handle this data under their own privacy policies (Google and Microsoft). You can block it with your browser’s cookie or tracker settings.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details I hold about you at any time by emailing info@monalux.com.au. I’ll only keep records I need to for tax or legal reasons.
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
