The terms for working together. Nothing here is meant to catch you out, and if anything isn’t clear, just ask.

These terms are between you and Monalux, ABN 72 729 121 956, run by Alannah.
Prices are as shown on the services page, in Australian dollars. Before I start, I’ll confirm in writing what your package includes and the total price. The price on the invoice is the price you see, with nothing added on top.
Extra pages are $290 each, and anything else outside your package is quoted before I begin. Costs from other companies, like booking apps or DM tools, are paid by you, directly to them.
Websites and the full set up can be paid in full or split into 4 fortnightly payments. Smaller jobs are paid upfront. Your first payment books your place, because I only take two builds at a time. The payment dates are agreed before work starts and shown on your invoice.
Your website goes live once the build is finished, and payments continue on the agreed dates. If a payment is more than 14 days late, I may pause further work until it’s sorted.
If you book a link-in-bio price page and then a website within 6 months, the $349 comes off the website’s full price.
When I set up deposits, cancellation rules, forms, review messages or automatic DMs for your business, they’re yours. I’ll write them to follow Google’s rules and Australian law as I understand them, but you approve them before they go live and you’re responsible for how they’re used. I’m not a lawyer, so check anything unusual with one.
Consultation and consent forms are built in your booking app or a secure form tool, never a plain website form, so health details stay private. The questions come from you, your industry body or your insurer.
Once your first draft is done, you can watch your website come together. Screenshot anything you’d like changed and send it to me on WhatsApp, and I’ll reply while I’m building, so there’s no set number of rounds. Changes during the build are included. New pages, new sections or a redesign aren’t changes, so I’ll quote those first. Once your website is live and your included window has ended, changes are $49 per half hour.
Most websites take two to four weeks, counted from the day I have your photos, details and any logins I need. If I’m waiting on something from you, the timeline moves with it.
You’re responsible for the photos, logos and words you give me, and for making sure you’re allowed to use them. I’ll help with writing, but you have the final say on everything that goes live.
You buy your domain and email in your own name and pay for them directly, so they’re always yours. I’ll help you set them up. Once your package is paid in full, the website and everything I made for it is yours.
I may show your website in my portfolio and on Instagram. If you’d rather I didn’t, just tell me.
You can choose hosting and backups with me for $149 a year, billed yearly, or have your website set up on your own free Netlify account. If you choose hosting with me and stop paying, I’ll give you your website files so you can host it elsewhere. Small changes to words, prices, photos, hours and links are included for 2 weeks after launch for the solo, 1 month for the local and 3 months for the established. This doesn’t cover new pages, new sections or redesigns. After that, changes are $49 per half hour, and it costs less if you send them all in one go. Every website also includes a handover call: 20 minutes for the solo, 30 minutes for the local and 1 hour for the established.
If you need to stop part way through a build, you’ll pay for the work done up to that point, and I’ll hand over everything finished so far.
I’ll build your website with care and set it up properly for Google, but I can’t guarantee search rankings or a set number of enquiries, because those depend on things outside my control. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
