Almost nobody in this business publishes prices. I do, because you deserve to know what something costs before you have to ask, and because it saves us both a phone call if the number's wrong for you.
Every price below is fixed. It's quoted before we start and it doesn't move.
The builds

Pick on the number of pages you need. If you're not sure, the free review will tell you — and I'll say if the smaller one will do.
For a one-person operation with two or three services. Everything on a single page people scroll through — which for a lot of trades and solo techs is genuinely all you need.

Looking after it.
Optional. Three months minimum, then cancel whenever you like. Most people keep it because it means never thinking about the website again — but plenty take the files and manage it themselves, and that's genuinely fine.

Two other options.
If your site is worth keeping, I'll fix what's broken instead of rebuilding it. Quoted after the free review, once we both know what's actually wrong. Only possible on platforms I can work with properly — I'll tell you straight if yours isn't one.

Add this to any build and I'll hand over everything so you or someone else can host and manage it. No monthly plan, no lock-in, no hard feelings.
Being straight with you
What I don't do.
Better you know now than three weeks in.
- Online shops. Selling products with a cart, stock and shipping is a different job. I'll point you at someone who does it well.
- Rush jobs. I take two builds at a time, which is how the dates I give you stay real. There's no fee that makes me faster.
- Google Ads or social ads. I'll make sure your site is worth sending traffic to, but running the ads is someone else's trade.
- Stock photography. Real photos of your work always win. If you haven't got any, I'll tell you exactly what to take.
- Rankings. I can't promise you a position on Google and neither can anyone else honestly. I promise the work and I show you the numbers.
